A newly opened affordable boutique hotel (3 Level) at Bandar Puteri Bangi.
We are looking for :
1) Front Office – 2 pax
2) Housekeeping – 3 pax
3) Handyman – 2 pax
A) Front Office
– To ensure all guests are welcomes to the Hotel in friendly manner, and registered in accordance with Hotel’s Front Office standards and procedures.
– Check in and Check out room quest. Attend to all guests and visitors’ enquiries.
– Front Desk telephone answering.
– Handle room booking via phone, internet and walk-in.
– Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges as well as guest rooms.
– replace dirty linens with clean items.
– restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies.
– respond to guest queries and requests.
– deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms.
– To ensure that our building in good maintainance at all times.
– Responsible for ensuring that any potential hazards are taken care of and that acts of vandalism are handled properly.
-Work experience in plumbing, brick installation and carpentry.
– Able to work on Weekends/Public Holiday ; Shift Work required.
– Able to provide back-up and assistance to other team members as and when required.
– Good customer service skill.
